Requirements

The ideal candidate possesses over 4 years of experience in payments, sales, and partnerships, preferably within a fast-paced startup environment. Demonstrated experience in B2C and B2B e-commerce sales is required, with a strong preference for knowledge of AR processes, payment provider integration to ERP systems, and SaaS software with embedded payments. Project/program management experience, a proven track record of exceeding sales targets with a consultative approach, excellent communication and presentation skills, and familiarity with Salesforce are also essential. The ability to work effectively in a global team and remain composed under pressure is crucial, along with a willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

This role involves leveraging BigCommerce's partner network to recommend payment and fintech solutions to merchants, fostering cross-functional collaboration with sales and customer success teams, and developing a cross-sell pipeline to meet quarterly targets. The Growth Manager will stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes in B2C and B2B payments, provide training to internal teams and clients, and monitor key performance indicators related to payment processes to drive improvements.
