Requirements

  • Experience guiding brand teams in developing and executing digital campaigns linked to e-commerce and CRM with clear KPIs and ROI targets
  • Ability to identify and manage partners/agencies for digital/mobile content, community management, content strategy, digital influencers/KOLs, including penetration into dark social and closed groups
  • Ownership and management of digital channels (websites, FB/YT, Viber, WhatsApp, eStore)
  • Expertise in monitoring/analyzing digital KPIs and competitive activity to recommend corrective actions/opportunities
  • Skills in building marketing team’s digital capabilities for organizational transformation
  • Active participation in marketing team business planning and decision-making
  • Knowledge of consumer acquisition/retention, CRM strategy, and industry best practices
  • Oversight of call center operations, including staffing, technologies, and engagement modes per consumer segment
  • Proficiency with Salesforce platform (SFDC and SFMC) for direct-to-consumer and marketing cloud capabilities
  • Ability to develop frameworks/dashboards for measuring/analyzing CRM performance, cost of acquisition/retention, and channel effectiveness
  • Experience in consumer segmentation and tailored marketing messages
  • Partnership management with external agencies, retail, and database partners for recruitment/retention
  • Leadership in S&OP for consumer inquiries/complaints

Responsibilities

  • Drive digital transformation for Abbott Nutrition Philippines by understanding digital consumer journeys and leveraging touchpoints for incremental reach, e-commerce traffic/conversion, and CRM registration/engagement
  • Oversee development/execution of annual activation and CRM plans across brands with clear KPIs; participate in presentations to senior management
  • Create and oversee end-to-end consumer journeys to maximize lifetime value
  • Lead tracking/analysis of performance to meet KPIs and initiate corrective measures
  • Guide brand teams in best-in-class digital campaigns aligned with e-commerce/CRM and regulatory policies
  • Manage ANI digital channels
  • Develop annual direct-to-consumer engagement plans for new user generation, validation, retention, and lifetime value improvement across brands
  • Oversee call center team operations
  • Implement Salesforce capabilities
  • Develop performance measurement frameworks/dashboards for CRM ROI and resource prioritization
  • Lead consumer segmentation with brand marketing
  • Develop/evaluate partnerships with agencies and propose opportunities/challenges
