Responsibilities

The Customer Activation Manager will project manage the thorough and complete implementation and onboarding of new Ramp Strategic Enterprise customers, partnering with Account Executives and Account Management teams to execute successful launches. They will act as a strategic consultant and extension of the customer’s team, guiding them through Ramp setup and best practices, and driving initial product utilization and revenue. Additionally, the role involves working with customers to understand their workflow and priorities, assisting with change management, conducting custom trainings, and collaborating with the product team to prioritize customer feedback.
