Deel is seeking an experienced Associate Director or Senior Marketing Manager to lead and execute our marketing strategy for the DACH region. We are looking for a self-driven, creative, and strategic marketer with a proven track record of building and scaling market presence in DACH. The ideal candidate will have experience developing segment-specific strategies and executing local campaigns that drive sustainable brand awareness and generate high-quality pipeline.
In this role, you will own the end-to-end marketing strategy for the DACH region, from planning and execution to performance analysis. You will be responsible for crafting and deploying demand generation initiatives to grow our brand presence, attract early adopters, and convert them into loyal customers and passionate brand advocates.
