Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing segment-specific strategies and executing local campaigns that drive sustainable brand awareness and generate high-quality pipeline. Experience in developing and reporting on key KPIs, assessing pipeline health, and activating lead acceleration is required.

Responsibilities

The Associate Director/Senior Marketer will lead and execute the marketing strategy for the DACH region, owning the end-to-end marketing strategy from planning to performance analysis. Responsibilities include crafting and deploying demand generation initiatives, developing go-to-market marketing strategy with a focus on maximizing pipeline and conversion, and creating and executing market-focused demand and field marketing programs in collaboration with local sales and central marketing teams. They will also own content and integrated campaign strategy and execution, lead complex cross-functional initiatives, and drive growth at the market level.
