Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in B2B marketing, including 5+ years in a leadership role. Demonstrated experience in developing and executing global marketing strategies, particularly within the cybersecurity or SaaS industry, is essential. Strong leadership skills, including experience managing and mentoring high-performing marketing teams, are also required.

Responsibilities

As the Director of Global B2B Marketing, you will own and execute Keeper’s global B2B growth marketing strategy, spanning North America, EMEA, and APAC, to drive inbound demand, pipeline acceleration, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. You will lead a global marketing team, design and optimize multi-channel campaigns, collaborate with sales and channel leaders, drive go-to-market strategy for product launches, and manage the global B2B marketing budget to maximize ROI. Furthermore, you will monitor marketing performance, provide insights to executive stakeholders, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement within the marketing organization.
