We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to serve as the primary point of contact for clients enrolled in our financial hardship programs, guiding them through enrollment and graduation. This is a remote position within a call center operating 7 days a week, with hours of M-F 7:00am-10:00pm CST and Sat/Sun 7:00am-9:00pm CST.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Provide helpful and caring customer service over high volume inbound and outbound client phone calls.
  • Respond promptly to client requests and anticipate unstated needs.
  • Educate clients on Beyond Finance’s programs.
  • Proactively identify, analyze, and resolve client issues, aiming for first-call resolution.
  • Maintain positive client relations and collaborate with other departments to ensure timely handling of requests.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to drive client retention through product knowledge and best-in-class service.
