As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients enrolled in Beyond Finance’s financial hardship programs, guiding them from enrollment through graduation, responding promptly to client requests, anticipating unstated needs, and educating them on the programs in a remote call center environment. You will proactively identify, analyze, and resolve client issues, exhibit strong written/verbal communication skills, develop and maintain positive client relations, work collaboratively with other departments, and operate computer systems to obtain and extract information while documenting inquiries.
