The Senior Associate, Service Delivery will manage and provide technical guidance for client benefits websites, updating them as requirements evolve and conducting quality assurance testing. They will respond to client inquiries, triage and resolve tickets within 24 hours, and maintain knowledge of internal systems. Responsibilities also include preparing and delivering technical presentations and training, driving process improvements, developing fulfillment procedures, managing carrier and payroll feeds, assisting with sales and marketing, and coaching team members.
