The ideal candidate will possess 4-7 years of experience in preparing purchase orders, submitting billing, and creating service routes. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel), Zendesk, and Salesforce, are required, along with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Previous customer service experience and knowledge of the waste industry are beneficial, with preferred experience in EQAI, COR2, RCRA, DOT/HAZMAT, and high-volume corporate environments. Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks is essential.
The National Accounts Coordinator III will provide support to National Account Specialists and customers by preparing purchase orders and work orders for supplies and services. This role involves responding to and servicing retail customers, researching and resolving customer concerns, and assisting other departments with customer needs. Responsibilities include using software to build service routes, updating supply logs, entering service dates, assembling routing for weekly services, and assisting with customer reporting. The incumbent will also participate in on-call customer and technician support and review and submit billing for retail customers.
