The Customer Support Specialist will provide high-quality support to Candid’s customers, addressing inquiries related to billing/claims processing, product functionality, and bug reports. They will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Billing teams to ensure accurate and timely responses, create SOPs and macros to improve internal efficiency, proactively identify improvement areas, and work with leadership to prioritize them. Additionally, they will identify opportunities to enhance support quality and creatively troubleshoot customer issues by investigating and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
