The Director of Sales should possess a proven sales leadership background, ideally from the contact center or telephony ecosystem, with demonstrated drive, strong energy, thought leadership, and initiative. Strong experience in building and scaling sales teams and go-to-market plans is essential, along with a deep understanding of AI, Amazon, and Salesforce technologies, particularly Amazon Connect and Service Cloud Voice.
This role will aggressively engage the Amazon Connect and AWS sales and partner teams to drive sales opportunities and pipeline, building and scaling a best-in-class sales organization to support Amazon’s growth. The Director of Sales will cultivate and expand partnerships with Amazon executives and teams, engage with Amazon Connect overlays and SEs, and work closely with NeuraFlash’s CEO, SVP of Sales, and marketing team to align the Amazon Connect sales and growth strategy and achieve sales and Amazon partner objectives.
