Jerry is seeking a Customer Service Agent to join our expanding team. In this role, you will assist existing customers in modifying their current insurance policies with one of Jerry’s 55+ insurance carrier partners. Your responsibilities will include processing service changes and addressing policy-related inquiries with enthusiasm and care. This is an opportunity to positively impact the lives of millions.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound calls from existing customers.
  • Process service requests, such as adding/removing vehicles and drivers, updating lienholder information, and sending policy documents.
  • Assist customers with questions regarding their existing insurance policies, including coverages and benefits, and make necessary changes to policies.
  • Work to retain policyholders by proactively finding solutions for customers at risk of cancellation.

Compensation and Perks

  • Hourly Wage: $18.00 - $21.00
  • License Reimbursement: P&C license costs will be covered (expected within 60 days of starting).
