The Application Specialist I is responsible for investigating, diagnosing, and resolving application-related issues escalated from IT support and fulfilling service requests. This role involves scheduling work to meet priorities, maintaining application security through temporary fixes, updating the knowledge base, communicating new issues to stakeholders, and processing after-hours data changes on production systems.
