Requirements

Candidates should possess 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow ITSM implementation experience, strong expertise in ServiceNow configuration, workflows, and scripting, familiarity with ITIL best practices, and experience in migrating customized instances to Out-of-the-Box (OOB) setups. They should also have strong communication skills for interacting with stakeholders and experience with Nuvolo FSM or similar field service/asset management solutions.

Responsibilities

The ServiceNow ITSM Consultant will assess current ITSM configurations and identify customizations for removal to transition to OOB ITSM, configure and optimize ServiceNow Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management modules, collaborate with stakeholders to align ITSM processes with best practices, assist with data migration, UAT, and training, provide technical guidance on minimizing customizations while meeting business needs, support ServiceNow upgrades, testing, and enhancements, develop documentation and user guides, and work with Nuvolo FSM to support asset and facilities management workflows integrated with ITSM, as well as assist in the implementation of Nuvolo FSM.
