We are looking for an Enterprise Support Engineer to join our Customer Care department and work directly with strategic enterprise customers. As an ESE, you will be a "trusted advisor," helping customers optimize their use of BlueCat products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with dedicated clients to optimize the use of BlueCat products and services.
  • Understand customer requests thoroughly and combine them with in-depth technical knowledge.
  • Create semi-annual Health Check documents and agendas for PRS (Product Review Sessions) calls.
  • Become the "trusted advisor" with dedicated customers, ensuring recommendations are heard and taken seriously.
  • Apply in-depth troubleshooting and debugging skills, along with knowledge of systems, databases, and applications, to identify root cause of customer issues.
  • Set up test environments to mirror customer production setups and perform tests using customer data or representative data.
  • Apply testing methodology and debugging skills to narrow down the problem.
  • Communicate effectively with the BlueCat Engineering team, providing step-by-step instructions to reproduce issues and findings.
