Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, and have at least 3 years of experience in technical support or a similar role. Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills are essential, along with knowledge of systems, databases, and applications. Experience with test environments and replicating customer setups is also required.

Responsibilities

As an Enterprise Support Engineer, you will partner with dedicated clients to optimize the use of BlueCat products and services, create semi-annual Health Check documents and agendas for PRS calls, serve as a ‘trusted advisor’ by ensuring recommendations are heard and taken seriously, apply in-depth troubleshooting and debugging skills to identify root causes, and communicate effectively with the BlueCat Engineering team to reproduce issues and findings.
