Key duties involve engaging with agent partners to enhance sales results, supporting them with marketing campaigns, creating strategies to increase new business production, and supporting Business Development Managers with agency appointments. The role also entails managing the assigned territory to achieve financial goals, analyzing territory trends, and collaborating with other functions to ensure an industry-leading agent experience.
