Prior experience training healthcare professionals and working as a Clinical Specialist in the Medical Device Industry is highly preferred. In-depth knowledge and usage of Sentec products are also preferred. The applicant must be vaccinated for Covid-19 and obtain any other required vaccinations for vendor credentialing.
The Clinical Application Specialist will provide clinical education and support to internal and external users, aiming to drive company revenue growth. This role involves delivering both on-site and virtual training, including CE and non-CE presentations, and potentially presenting at state and national society meetings. The specialist will act as a subject matter expert, collaborate with sales teams to coordinate training, develop a common understanding of technology among care providers, and articulate the clinical and economic value proposition. Responsibilities also include participating in product evaluations and installations, assessing educational needs, providing hands-on training on product maintenance and troubleshooting, and ensuring optimal bedside use of the technology.
