Candidates must possess a minimum of one year of experience in the Diagnostic Industry, with a strong emphasis on managing and expanding existing accounts and demonstrating experience in customer relationship management. Applicants should have a proven track record in a similar position, supported by management and customer references, and be able to work effectively in a regulated industry such as healthcare, medical devices, or pharmaceuticals. Furthermore, candidates are required to have strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and fluency in English.
The Ambassador/Sr. Ambassador will create ongoing value for customers, leading to renewal, business growth, and brand loyalty by serving them across all aspects of their business. They will support implementation transitions for new start-ups, own and execute account strategy to expand Abbott’s business, identify customer future needs and new opportunities for value, track contract compliance, realize value expansion, and connect with internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, they will contribute to a fast-paced environment by developing and implementing innovative marketing and sales strategies.
