Responsibilities

  • Account-based selling to healthcare providers (HCPs) who prescribe and influence treatments for gastroenterology disease states, including gastroenterologists, fellows, educators, chief residents, and others in dedicated practices, infusion centers, and key hospital accounts
  • Build relationships with key customers in the gastroenterology space to drive adoption of Lilly’s new and existing therapies
  • Identify and develop business relationships with state and local advocacy groups, teaching institutions, key influencers, and managed care organizations
  • Serve as a credible expert and resource in the field
  • Develop territory management strategies
  • Manage accounts to engage with every member of an office/account using medical integrity
  • Plan and engage in patient-centered dialogues with customers to promote the entire product portfolio
  • Utilize sales activity resources to achieve results while adhering to policies
