Requirements

Candidates should have 1+ year of experience in the CPG, retail sales, ad tech, B2B, or project management industries. A minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience within advertising technology, retail, or CPG is required, along with 1-2 years of digital marketing experience. Project/process management experience, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities are also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Account Manager will serve as an internal subject matter expert for a portfolio of retail partners and act as an internal quarterback for business partner needs, supporting Account Executives and Directors with execution. They will be the external day-to-day point of contact, overseeing reporting and data delivery to demonstrate Flipp's value to retail partners. Responsibilities include owning communication to build strong relationships, responding to data/budget/performance requests, preparing and leading internal and external meetings, building decks for reviews, supporting retailer strategy, overseeing analytics and reporting to provide actionable insights, managing distribution budgets, quarterbacking internal project execution across departments, and simplifying complex information to communicate Flipp's value and share best practices.
