The Account Manager will be responsible for managing, expanding, and renewing a portfolio of Enterprise accounts to drive client growth and ensure they achieve their learning goals and business outcomes. This includes developing and executing growth plans, identifying new use cases within client portfolios, and penetrating new opportunities to expand Docebo's footprint. The role involves establishing and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding their business initiatives, and interacting with senior executives to build rapport and understand their strategies. Responsibilities also include collaborating with Customer Success Managers and other Docebo resources to support client needs, using a consultative approach to optimize platform usage, and ensuring all account-related data is current and accurate. The Account Manager will analyze data to drive strategic conversations and demonstrate the strategic value of Docebo's offerings, ultimately increasing customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention while achieving and exceeding sales and retention targets.
