This role involves developing long-term customer relationships, crafting strategic account plans, and driving sales through software solution selling and direct customer contact. Responsibilities include building relationships at all levels, particularly with C-suite executives, navigating customer organizations, guiding customers to a successful start with Adobe, and expanding the value they realize from Adobe's solutions. The role requires strategic business approach, innovative problem-solving, effective and persuasive customer communication, demonstrating industry expertise, articulating Adobe's value proposition, leading and orchestrating Adobe's ecosystem and partners, managing complex sales processes, and meeting sales quotas.
