Responsibilities

The Enterprise Sales Account Manager is responsible for achieving sales targets by selling Adobe’s Digital Marketing product lines to large enterprise customers within the Travel and Hospitality industry. This role involves developing long-term customer relationships and crafting strategic account plans, focusing on building executive relationships up to the C-suite level. Responsibilities include guiding customers through a successful start with Adobe, helping them expand the value realized from solutions, and demonstrating industry expertise to act as a trusted advisor. The Account Manager will articulate Adobe's value proposition, lead and orchestrate Adobe's ecosystem and partners, manage complex sales processes involving various internal departments and external third parties, and meet sales quotas. They will also build and maintain strong account plans, manage territory and account strategy, and ensure a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities by collaborating with support organizations.
