Account Manager

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution and a minimum of two years of experience in account management, customer support, or a similar client-facing role. They should have experience working with a SaaS or digital platform and familiarity with ticketing systems such as Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar. Technical proficiency and the ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues are also required, along with strong analytical and critical thinking skills to diagnose and resolve client concerns.
As an Account Manager, you will manage and respond to client inquiries via a ticketing system, educate clients on platform usage, address billing inquiries, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance the self-service client experience. You will work with internal teams to investigate and resolve platform-related issues, act as a liaison between clients and other teams, and identify recurring issues to improve platform functionality. Furthermore, you will partner with internal teams to improve self-service documentation and FAQ materials, provide feedback to Sales and product teams, and contribute to initiatives that streamline workflows.
