Requirements

Responsibilities

The Account Delivery Specialist will manage the successful delivery of work for a book of accounts, building trust with client contacts and inspiring internal teams to achieve results. They will create and maintain project plans and trackers, prepare for and lead client meetings, source client inputs, collaborate with team members via Slack, QA deliverables, understand project goals, and ensure their achievement. Additionally, they will process and delegate tasks to various teams, including digital marketing, content, design, and web, and work with clients and team members to negotiate new deadlines.
