Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of progressive customer success experience, ideally within Cyber Security or SaaS technology-driven company. They should have an understanding of LLMs and Social Engineering, though it is not required. Strong prioritization, communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills are essential, along with the ability to lead by example.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Manager, the individual will be responsible for deeply understanding customer organizational structures and business objectives, developing and executing comprehensive onboarding plans, managing relationships with multiple stakeholders across the customer organization, proactively addressing customer needs and concerns, demonstrating the value of the Doppel platform, identifying expansion opportunities, maintaining customer renewals, and advocating for customer success. They will also gather customer feedback, collaborate with internal teams, and cultivate customer loyalty and advocacy.
