Doppel is seeking a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to foster long-term client relationships and ensure they maximize value from the Doppel platform. The CSM will proactively address client needs, identify expansion opportunities, and advocate for customer success within Doppel, aiming to drive high customer retention and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deep Customer Understanding: Comprehend customer organizational structure, key decision-makers, business objectives, and pain points.
  • Strategic Onboarding: Develop and execute onboarding plans for new enterprise customers, ensuring rapid understanding of the product's value and features.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build relationships with various stakeholders across client organizations, including end-users and executives, to align their needs with the Doppel platform.
  • Proactive Engagement: Monitor customer usage data, identify potential issues, and proactively address concerns.
  • Value Realization: Demonstrate tangible business value achieved by customers through the platform, highlighting key metrics and ROI.
  • Renewal & Expansion Focus: Identify upsell and expansion opportunities by understanding evolving customer needs. Proactively manage renewals and mitigate churn risk.
  • Customer Advocacy: Cultivate customer loyalty and encourage advocacy through testimonials, case studies, references, and referrals.
  • Product Feedback Loop: Gather customer feedback via surveys and check-ins to identify areas for improvement and inform product development.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with sales, product, marketing, ops, and support teams for a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in customer success, preferably in Cyber Security or SaaS.
  • Technical Skills: Understanding of LLMs and Social Engineering is preferred but not required.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead by example.
  • Prioritization Skills: Capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Communication Skills: Strong presentation skills for diverse customer stakeholders (legal, marketing, cyber security professionals).
  • Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Ability to resolve complex customer issues and provide strategic, data-driven recommendations.
