Requirements

Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in client or customer support, preferably in an early-stage startup. Experience as a vet technician or in the animal healthcare industry is a plus. Strong communication and organizational skills, familiarity with customer support tools, and the ability to be proactive, organized, accurate, timely, efficient, flexible, and agile are essential. The role requires availability during client support hours, including early mornings, early evenings (Central time), and weekend rotations.

Responsibilities

The Client Support Specialist will serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries via email, LiveChat, and phone, troubleshooting and resolving first-line issues for veterinarians, hospitals, and technicians. They will coordinate escalated issues with relevant departments, facilitate and manage potential call-outs, document encountered scenarios, and share learnings with the team. Additionally, they will maintain HubSpot for client communications and support tickets, coordinate with Finance, data, and other departments for reconciliation, and generate reports as needed.
