Requirements

Candidates should be a self-starter with the ability to work independently, possess excellent communication skills, demonstrate a collaborative and coachable attitude, enjoy challenges and real-time problem-solving, and have strong time management and organizational skills. A desire to learn and progress is also required, along with previous experience selling or working against targets and previous experience in a technology start-up or similar rapidly changing environment is considered a plus.

Responsibilities

As an Account Development Representative, you will qualify and develop inbound and outbound sales leads, delivering high-quality, qualified leads to the Sales Directors, set qualified introductory meetings for the Sales team, work closely with Sales Directors to build territory plans and execute against quarterly goals, nurture early phase engagement to produce future pipeline, consistently deliver a high level of activity through cold calling, strategic email, and social campaigns, track activity within HubSpot and Gong, collaborate with Sales and Marketing to build outbound sales campaigns and refine messaging, attend industry trade shows and events, and meet monthly goals for both inbound and outbound meetings generated and pipeline sourced.
