A Bachelor's degree or considerable relevant work experience is required, along with strong multi-tasking, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills. Tech savviness and experience with various technologies like Salesforce, Outreach, and Looker are essential. Prior Quartzy experience and an interest or background in life sciences are preferred.
The Customer Success Manager will oversee customer lifecycle management, identify optimization areas, and manage renewals for assigned accounts. Responsibilities include conducting regular customer check-ins and SaaS business reviews, collaborating with Sales/Success teams to minimize churn, and creating customized reports to demonstrate solution impact. The role also involves leading customer training sessions, managing escalations, and reporting customer product feedback to Product and Engineering teams.
