Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in a Business-related field or equivalent discipline and have at least 5 years of corporate sales experience, preferably with consultative solution selling experience targeting C-Level executives. Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills are essential, along with a proven track record of success in a dynamic and challenging business environment. Exceptional results-oriented individuals should demonstrate ambition, assertiveness, and a strong drive to win. Candidates must be team players who can work independently under pressure, and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills in written and spoken English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
The Account Manager will explore opportunities and grow Enterprise Accounts, penetrate specific industries and target segments in Hong Kong, and meet or exceed monthly sales targets by identifying new and upgrade opportunities from prospects and existing customers. They will solicit new sales opportunities through cold calls, follow-ups on sales leads, and participation in trade events. The role involves increasing solution adoption through account penetration to different stakeholders and collaborating with the Global account team. Professional and consultative selling skills will be utilized to uncover customer needs and propose win-win solutions, while working with various support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
