Requirements

  • 5+ years or equivalent experience in IT/technology consulting or sales engineering
  • 2+ years of leadership experience in a technical field preferred
  • Demonstrated proficiency leading teams and a high level of technical aptitude
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science (or related field) or relevant work experience
  • Proven experience with mentoring, coaching, training, and leading a group
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment on multiple engagements
  • Self-motivated and excellent organizational skills
  • Strong communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills, both internally and externally
  • Strong problem-solving skills, ability to analyze complex multivariate problems and use a systematic approach to gain quick resolution, often under duress
  • The ability to fully understand complex architectures and quickly identify possible gaps or opportunities for bypassing traditional security technologies
  • A curious nature with a desire to learn and a competitive spirit
  • Some travel is required as needed
  • Technical understanding of incident response, computer forensics, network administration and management and endpoint security including anti-virus solutions
  • Malware analysis experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Create the processes for your team to deliver technical product presentations & demonstrations
  • Ensure your team is effectively delivering qualified POV’s through remote product installations and customizations
  • Align with the Sales Leaders and collaborate with their teams to deliver the best solution to Prospects and Customers
  • Resolve escalations from your team members or sales counterparts to ensure prospects and customers have the best experience with the CrowdStrike solution
  • Demonstrate true leadership skills by enabling your team to be successful within the CrowdStrike Organization
  • Be a player/coach: split time between mentoring and enabling your team and spending time on customer calls for escalations
