Job Description: Customer Success Manager (with Sales Growth)

Position Overview

At Eleken, designers manage their own projects and communicate directly with clients. This role focuses on building long-term relationships, collecting feedback, and helping clients succeed. Over time, you will grow into a full-cycle sales role, running discovery calls, recommending solutions, and closing inbound deals.

Responsibilities

First 6 Months: Customer Success & Client Management

  • Customer Success:
    • Stay in touch with active clients.
    • Run quarterly NPS calls to collect qualitative feedback.
    • Collect testimonials and reviews on platforms like Clutch and LinkedIn.
    • Conduct exit interviews when clients leave.
    • Control the invoicing process and ensure timely payments.
  • Client Communication:
    • Spot risks early and coordinate with the internal team.
    • Maintain a friendly yet professional tone.
    • Know when to gently push for feedback or payments when overdue.
  • Retention & Retargeting:
    • Reconnect with past clients and keep relationships warm.
    • Identify expansion or return opportunities.

After 6+ Months: Growth into a Closer Role

  • Handle discovery and intro calls with new inbound leads.
  • Understand client pain points and recommend the right service.
  • Close deals (leads are provided by the Lead Generation team; no cold outreach required).

Requirements

  • Experience: 2+ years in B2B communication roles (Customer Success, Sales, Account Management), ideally in tech or creative services.
  • Language: Confident in spoken and written English (B2+).
  • Skills:
    • Friendly and assertive, especially when handling payments, feedback, or misaligned expectations.
    • Comfortable on client calls with good radar for tone, intent, and timing.
    • Ability to work independently and proactively.
    • Interest in growing into sales.
