Candidates should have 2+ years of experience in B2B communication roles, such as Customer Success, Sales, or Account Management, ideally within the tech or creative services industries, and confident English language skills (B2+). They must be friendly and assertive, particularly when addressing payment issues, feedback, or expectations, comfortable on client calls with strong interpersonal skills, and able to work independently and proactively.
The Customer Success Manager will focus on building long-term client relationships, conducting quarterly NPS calls to gather feedback, collecting testimonials and reviews, conducting exit interviews, managing the invoicing process, staying in touch with active clients, identifying expansion and return opportunities, handling discovery and intro calls with new inbound leads, understanding client pain points, recommending appropriate services, and closing deals provided by the Lead Generation team.
