Requirements

Strong detail-oriented problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills are essential. A keen interest in the Higher Education space, an outgoing and energetic personality, personal initiative, self-motivation, a team-player attitude, flexibility, and ethical business standards are also required.

Responsibilities

The Client Manager will communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction with services and build relationships to meet their needs throughout the client lifecycle. They will partner with internal teams to deliver streamlined service, increase product adoption, and help clients achieve their goals within the system. Responsibilities include maintaining system knowledge, acting as a product manager, providing individualized support and training, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, developing case studies, turning around at-risk clients, encouraging customer feedback, assisting with billing inquiries, and supporting the implementation of new systems.
