Requirements

Four-plus years of experience selling to financial institutions and government entities in Qatar
Fluency in both Arabic and English, along with a degree-level education
Extensive knowledge of compliance regulations across the region and familiarity with market solutions
A strong ability to drive new business opportunities and upsell to existing customers
A solution-based sales approach and an understanding of how to match solutions to customer needs
Experience in selling information and/or compliance tools to senior decision-makers
The ability to work effectively with diverse cultures and handle multiple activities simultaneously

Responsibilities

Meet new business targets by aggressively growing revenue for Business Intelligence solutions in Qatar
Retain and grow the existing client portfolio, ensuring solutions address their needs
Build strong relationships with senior-level customer contacts to expand business opportunities
Manage all areas of the account, including understanding clients' businesses and resolving issues in a timely manner
Maintain an updated pipeline of opportunities in the CRM and provide accurate revenue forecasts
Project manage by coordinating with internal teams like Product, Legal, Marketing, and Customer Service to achieve sales goals
Work collaboratively on proposals, RFPs, and tenders with the extended team
Identify, qualify, develop, and close new business to achieve individual revenue goals
Contribute to the strategic direction of the Risk & Compliance business through thought leadership
