Candidates need a Bachelor’s degree (preferably in business, finance, or economics), Series 7 & 63 licenses, 10+ years of industry experience with at least 5 years in institutional fundraising or business development, and a proven track record of raising capital from institutional investors.

A strong candidate has a proven track record of raising capital and building relationships with institutional investors, insight into institutional client trends and behaviors, strong communication and presentation skills, and experience in real estate, infrastructure, or private markets.
