Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business, finance, economics, or a related field, and hold Series 7 & 63 licenses. A CFA, MBA, or other relevant industry credentials are preferred, along with 10+ years of experience, including at least 5 years of institutional fundraising or business development, and a demonstrated track record of raising capital and cultivating relationships with institutional investors.
The First Vice President, Institutional Sales will promote CIM’s investment products and capabilities to institutional investors, articulating investment strategies and performance to support capital-raising efforts. They will serve as the primary point of contact for existing investors, developing and maintaining relationships, researching and analyzing investors and market trends, and collaborating with internal teams on new product development. Frequent travel for client meetings, roadshows, and industry events is expected, and the role involves presenting at conferences and panels.
Real estate and infrastructure development and management
