Experience in identifying new market opportunities and developing strategic partnerships is essential, along with the ability to think and act like a General Manager. Occasional travel is also required.
The Senior Business Development Manager will be responsible for the strategy and execution of new ventures within Thumbtack, including developing OKRs and KPIs to measure success. This role involves sourcing and developing new partners, project/program managing initiatives, identifying requirements for new ventures, and leading cross-functional teams to develop, test, and refine these initiatives. The manager will also partner with product and engineering teams to inform the product roadmap and contribute to the overall growth of Thumbtack's marketplace.
