Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a tech/SaaS sales role
  • Proven record of success in Software, SaaS, ERP, and/or Tech Sales in a quota-carrying role
  • Experience building a new territory and executing a territory plan
  • A record of consistent achievement of sales quota
  • Knowledge of forecasting revenue levels and achieving sales targets in a high-growth environment
  • Self-discipline, GSD mentality, and a strong desire to succeed
  • Background in accounting/internal audit is a strong asset
  • Reside and are eligible to work in Canada
  • Ability to work in North American time zones (EST, MT, PST)

Responsibilities

  • Contact customers from daily marketing-generated leads and inbound leads, address their needs, and introduce them to the full scope of the Caseware product suite
  • Quickly and effectively establish key relationships with decision-makers within large enterprises and Accountant partners
  • Manage the different facets of subscription and support renewals
  • Refine renewal strategies that proactively engage clients to reduce churn rates
  • Provide advice and value guidance to Caseware prospects to maximize opportunities to build and accelerate revenue
  • Cross-sell and upsell Caseware products and services while collaborating with the Sales team and senior leadership within key accounts in the territory
  • Monitor sales goals set by Caseware to increase product revenue
  • Drive business growth by meeting and exceeding monthly/quarterly revenue targets through prospecting, securing meetings, and closing new business
  • Create and execute action plans to engage appropriate Caseware cross-functional resources to contribute to sales and development strategy
  • Bridge between Sales, Finance, and Customer Success
  • Oversee a portfolio of 1500+ existing accounts, focusing on renewals, upselling, and cross-selling in the mid-market segment (accounting firms) across North America, mainly Canada and the Caribbean
