Candidates must possess at least 4 years of SaaS sales experience, with a preference for security sales focused on Commercial accounts or a proven track record in SMB sales. A history of exceeding sales quotas and KPIs, proficiency in outbound prospecting, pipeline building, strategic account planning, value-based selling, and territory management are essential. Strong business acumen, relationship-building, solution selling, negotiation, and presentation skills, along with excellent written and verbal communication abilities, are required. The ability to articulate complex cybersecurity concepts, resilience, self-motivation, and a collaborative team-player attitude are also necessary. Experience with MEDDPICC sales methodology and channel partner collaboration is preferred, as is proficiency with Salesforce, Slack, Zoom, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Outreach.
The Account Executive will manage a territory targeting companies with 1,000-3,000 employees, focusing on hunting new business opportunities and building sales pipeline within the Commercial sector. Responsibilities include driving growth, upselling into the existing account base by leveraging the Extended Access Management platform, and engaging in regular customer-facing activities including in-person meetings and events. The role requires managing schedules flexibly to support the assigned territory, which may include travel within and occasionally outside the territory.
