Responsibilities

  • Meet value-added sales goals for profitable growth, account and market development by identifying and converting opportunities across a wide range of assigned accounts
  • Effectively manage assigned accounts by concentrating on growth at key customers and new business development opportunities
  • Take qualified leads and convert into new contacts, accounts and new business opportunity
  • Identify customer needs and develop sales opportunities
  • Communicate the value associated with Electronic Material products
  • Monitor the delivery and follow up on quotes and orders to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Expand the Materion relationship throughout the entire customer organization
  • Submit documentation and samples to facilitate communication between Electronic Materials and customers for the successful resolution of customer complaints
  • Collaborate with Credit Management to ensure customer invoices are paid per the agreed upon terms
  • Provide customer analysis, follow up and perform general support duties for Supply Chain, Sales and Marketing Management as required
  • Create and distribute sales call reports in accordance with Sales and Marketing directives and initiatives
