Responsibilities

Meet value-added sales goals for profitable growth, account and market development by identifying and converting opportunities across a wide range of assigned accounts
Effectively manage assigned accounts by concentrating on growth at key customers and new business development opportunities
Take qualified leads and convert into new contacts, accounts and new business opportunity
Identify customer needs and develop sales opportunities
Communicate the value associated with Electronic Material products
Monitor the delivery and follow up on quotes and orders to ensure customer satisfaction
Expand the Materion relationship throughout the entire customer organization
Submit documentation and samples to facilitate communication between Electronic Materials and customers for the successful resolution of customer complaints
Collaborate with Credit Management to ensure customer invoices are paid per the agreed upon terms
Provide customer analysis, follow up and perform general support duties for Supply Chain, Sales and Marketing Management as required
Create and distribute sales call reports in accordance with Sales and Marketing directives and initiatives
