About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated, self-starting Account Executive with a passion for voice technology and its transformative impact on businesses. This role involves partnering with enterprises to create new experiences and monetization opportunities through our breakthrough voice technology.

Responsibilities:

• Build and manage a growing portfolio of new enterprise accounts within the media/publishing or gaming industry to achieve revenue goals.
• Identify new business opportunities in the media/publishing or gaming sectors that align with ElevenLabs’ product offering and roadmap.
• Generate leads, negotiate contracts, and close sales in collaboration with the Growth team.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the media/publishing or gaming industry.
• Track KPI and sales performance, providing weekly updates to the ElevenLabs team.

Requirements

• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
• 3-7 years of previous sales experience in a SaaS organization.
• Expertise or a strong willingness to learn about the media/publishing or gaming industry and how ElevenLabs’ solution can benefit these sectors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• A hybrid customer- and product-driven mentality focused on client satisfaction and scale.
• Fluency in Polish.
