The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the data or software industry, with a proven history of developing and executing successful partner marketing programs. A builder mindset, the ability to solve problems, create structure, and work cross-functionally are essential. Deep familiarity with the modern data ecosystem, including players like Snowflake, AWS, Microsoft, and Databricks, is required. Strong relationship management skills for navigating complex partner organizations and excellent storytelling and positioning abilities are also necessary.
This role involves leading the creation and execution of co-marketing campaigns, programs, events, and activities with strategic technology partners. Responsibilities include collaborating with Revenue Marketing, Partnerships, and Product Marketing teams to align Go-To-Market partner plans with company goals. Building and nurturing relationships with marketing counterparts at key partners is crucial, as is articulating the value of dbt Labs and supporting partners in promoting the platform. The role also entails owning the development of joint messaging and co-branded assets, creating internal enablement materials for sales teams, understanding partner business strategies to design mutually beneficial programs, setting and managing OKRs, tracking program performance, and developing annual Go-To-Market marketing plans tailored to individual partners.
