Meet the Role

As an Account Executive, Revenue Growth, your primary responsibility is to identify and close sales opportunities within PointClickCare's existing customer network. You will introduce current customers to new products and services, strengthen customer relationships, and proactively engage in business and sales opportunities to achieve objectives.

Meet the Team

You will report to a Director of Sales and collaborate with other SDRs and Sales Executives (AEs) to meet sales targets. This team model emphasizes collaboration and sharing best practices. The leadership is described as "ENABLERS," providing individualistic support to foster success and career development.

Responsibilities

  • Identify customer needs and cultivate effective sales strategies via phone and email.
  • Post-launch, collaborate with Customer Success to ensure consistent value delivery and identify up-sell opportunities.
  • Establish a consistent pipeline daily through lead generation.
  • Identify and communicate complementary add-on and cross-selling opportunities by leveraging detailed knowledge of PointClickCare’s products, programs, and services.
  • Manage and resolve moderate to complex transactional operations and issues in a fast-paced environment.
  • May be assigned to highly strategic customer accounts with a high revenue base.
  • May assist with training and coaching other Inside Sales Representatives.
  • Design and execute strategic business plans with detailed action items to drive profitable revenue growth.

About You

  • Experience in sales/customer service, with a preference for software industry experience.
  • Proven ability to generate sales through outbound calls to small-medium service-based companies.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage customers and build relationships quickly and effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience managing and resolving complex transactional operations and issues.
