Requirements

  • Motivated sales professional experienced in increasing revenue, raising market awareness, qualifying prospects, managing the sales process, and closing deals
  • Ability to gain in-depth knowledge of Evolv’s products and articulate their value proposition across various customer segments
  • Proficiency in understanding and applying Evolv’s sales and MEDDPICC process
  • Skills in developing relationships with key internal teams (Business Development Representatives, Channel Executives, Pre-Sales, Deployment teams) and external partners (Channel Partners, Top Accounts)
  • Experience developing and executing strategic territory plans to exceed sales quotas
  • Strong prospecting, qualifying, and pipeline management abilities
  • Expertise in Salesforce.com for maintaining accurate sales activity records
  • Ability to represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences
  • Capability to sell solutions across diverse industries (tourist attractions, ticketed venues, schools, hospitals, manufacturing/distribution, places of worship, government facilities, etc.)
  • Experience driving enterprise-level deals and managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
  • Sales skills including moving deals through all stages of the sales cycle, building/nurturing channel partner relationships, conducting high-impact client conversations, delivering compelling product presentations (virtual/in-person), overcoming objections via solution-selling, accurate forecasting, presenting ROI cases, and using consultative selling techniques

Responsibilities

  • Develop relationships with key internal and external partners within 30 days
  • Create a targeted strategy for engaging top accounts in the region and collaborate with Business Development to drive new market engagement within 90 days
  • Implement a plan to strengthen relationships with channel partners to generate new opportunities, with monthly benchmarks
  • Drive net-new opportunities, qualify leads effectively, identify deal blockers, and progress sales within 6 months
  • Develop key Tier 1 accounts and generate 10 new opportunities per month
  • Provide reliable sales forecasts with accountability for deal progression and accuracy
  • Qualify opportunities and create paths to move deals forward, evaluated by sales stage duration
  • Begin closing sales deals independently to achieve assigned quota
  • Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to exceed sales quotas
  • Prospect, qualify, and grow a robust pipeline of opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Solution Engineers, Business Development, Field Marketing, Channel Management) to find, nurture, and close business
  • Maintain accurate sales activity records in Salesforce.com
  • Represent Evolv at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences
  • Communicate the value of Evolv’s technology and solutions effectively
  • Work closely with Channel Account Managers, Solutions Engineers, and Customer Enablement Managers to optimize territory coverage
