Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, with an advanced degree being preferred. A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a quota-carrying sales role is required, demonstrating a proven ability to close new business and manage client relationships. Recent sales experience within a financial services vendor company, preferably with a marketing discipline, is necessary. Experience with multi-channel marketing disciplines and 1-3 years of proficiency in Marketing, Media, and Advertising are essential. The role demands skills in creating compelling visions or stories, utilizing data and insights as a selling tool, prospecting and new business development, managing client relationships, selling multiple/integrated product campaigns, and understanding client market and strategic needs. Excellent written and oral communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to interpret marketplace needs and translate them into products/services are crucial. Candidates must be adaptable to change, capable of delivering high-impact presentations, and display strong Emotional and Cognitive Intelligence. Proficiency in solution selling, closing opportunities, problem resolution, overcoming objections, initiative, conceptual selling, presentation delivery, negotiation, and innovation is expected, along with a consistent track record of exceeding annual quotas.
The Account Executive III is responsible for achieving sales and profitability objectives by identifying opportunities and building long-lasting partnerships with existing accounts and new client prospects. This involves prospecting, lead generation, qualifying prospects, discovery, and demonstrating solutions to prospective clients, while managing multiple accounts and seeking new opportunities. The role requires meeting in person with clients and prospects, deepening existing client relationships to generate incremental business, and consulting with clients on business issues and marketing program design. Account Executives must understand client needs, negotiate costs and services, and resolve sales or delivery issues. They will also work with Strategists and Delivery Teams to execute project specifications, deliver quality results, develop insightful proposals, deliver strategic sales presentations, manage contracts, and identify up-sell/cross-sell opportunities, utilizing data and insights to drive sales.
