Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute high-value in-person events, including industry trade shows, third-party sponsorships, and Saviynt-hosted programs, owning all logistic details such as vendor negotiation, coordination, internal staffing, and speaking arrangements
  • Partner with Demand Generation to drive awareness and attendance for events
  • Work with Marketing Operations to ensure leads are properly captured, tracked, and integrated into HubSpot and Salesforce
  • Enable SDR teams for immediate, effective lead follow-up to accelerate pipeline
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with field sales teams, tailoring activities to meet specific regional needs and priorities
  • Support internal logistics for major company events like Sales Kick Off and Revenue Leadership Offsites
  • Collaborate with PR and Product Marketing to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment before, during, and after events
  • Track, analyze, and report on program performance to continuously optimize and prove measurable ROI in pipeline and revenue
