Requirements

Responsibilities

The Senior Practice Manager will lead the strategic vision for Professional Services, driving transformation for clients through cloud data solutions. Responsibilities include spearheading services sales execution, managing project delivery success for key accounts, and engaging C-level executives to create and execute services roadmaps. The role involves owning the entire professional services lifecycle, developing scope and SOWs, driving deal reviews, and managing project outcomes and financials. Additionally, the manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and sell services, align engagements to customer business outcomes, and serve as the primary escalation point for customer and project teams.
