Requirements

Strong self-motivation and results-oriented mindset are essential, along with excellent planning and client communication skills to build strong collaborative relationships. A keen market insight and accurate analytical skills are required to effectively develop and maintain client resources.

Responsibilities

The Account Executive will develop client expansion plans based on company strategy and business goals, ensuring execution of details within agreed timelines to achieve expected results. They will gain a deep understanding of financial institutions' needs in foreign exchange risk management and local clearing services, providing competitive foreign exchange products and collaborating with banks in various regions. The role involves monitoring industry trends in verticals such as import-export e-commerce and online education, gathering product requirements, and communicating effectively with internal product teams to create targeted solutions that enhance customer experience. After onboarding clients, the Account Executive will assist Account Managers in uncovering client needs and improving product and operational experiences, while guiding clients to increase transaction flows. They will also track industry-related information, provide timely feedback and suggestions, and explore new business collaboration models to drive sustainable growth.
