Candidates should possess 5+ years of experience in direct sales, particularly within the digital payments space, with a strong understanding of e-commerce, merchants, wallets, card connectivity, payment gateways, one-click-checkout, and tokenization. They should demonstrate strategic thinking, consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to articulate contractual, technical, and financial value propositions to executive leadership. Prior experience in forecasting and managing revenue in a high-growth startup environment is considered a plus.
The Enterprise Account Executive will be responsible for developing a deep understanding of Method’s Card Connect and Method products and markets, creating new revenue by identifying, qualifying, and selling the solution within the digital payments landscape, and partnering with senior leadership and the marketing team to shape the long-term vision and growth strategy. They will also focus on cultivating a robust pipeline, establishing strong customer relationships, collaborating with the go-to-market team on sales collateral and events, and working with the product team to drive product and business strategy based on customer feedback.
