Candidates must possess excellent written communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a typing speed of at least 45 words per minute. Availability to work any shift, including weekends and holidays, is required, along with a stable internet connection and the ability to attend the entire paid training class. Applicants must also pass a background check and reside within the Eastern Time Zone.
The eCommerce Phone Support Operator will serve as the primary point of contact for customers and store team members, answering incoming calls, making outbound calls, and responding to emails. Responsibilities include locating part fitment, placing orders, tracking shipments, explaining billing, and resolving customer concerns by partnering with store leadership and other departments. The role involves providing first-level website technical support, closing sales, processing payments, and documenting all customer interactions in a case management system while meeting performance targets for call handling, customer satisfaction, and quality assurance.
