Candidates must possess at least 4 years of experience selling in the Enterprise segment and a proven track record of developing greenfield territories and adding net new logos in an Enterprise software role. Demonstrated ability to build relationships with Fortune 5000 senior line-of-business executives is required, along with a hunter mentality, solid sales DNA, and an appetite for continual learning. Fluency in both English and Italian is essential. The role also requires the ability to recognize organizational financial and behavioral structures and obstacles.
The Account Executive, ENT, is responsible for driving sales growth by building and nurturing relationships with large, strategic clients, understanding their needs, presenting tailored solutions, and negotiating contracts to secure new business and expand existing accounts. This role involves owning a targeted account list, developing account plans for winning business with companies over 2,000 employees, and meeting or exceeding revenue targets. Responsibilities include continually developing a robust sales pipeline through individual outreach and collaboration, navigating enterprise organizations to map stakeholders and build buy-in with C-Level decision makers, and keeping Salesforce up to date with customer information, forecasts, and pipeline data.
