They must possess the ability to self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking, demonstrating a hunter mentality. The role requires strong communication and closing skills, resilience, self-motivation, and goal orientation, with comfort in face-to-face selling. Eligibility to work remotely with the ability to be in the field within their team region is also necessary.
The Account Executive will go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions and educate business owners on cost savings and transaction streamlining. Responsibilities include closing deals, earning activation bonuses and commissions, and working independently with provided support and training.
